    • Do I need to wear or bring anything special to my appointment? Answer: No special clothing is required. We provide body wipes, dry socks, dry gloves, dry shoes, and towels/ robes for respective services being done. When doing Whole Body Cryotherapy you do need to get in the chamber completely dry, so some customers bring in dry undergarments when coming in straight after workouts. (Dry undergarments required for men).

    • Do I need to book an appointment or can I just walk in? Answer: We always welcome walk-ins but to ensure a specific appointment time, please use our convenient online booking system, “Book Now”, to book your appointment. Appointments are encouraged especially for our Infrared Sauna, Dry Salt Therapy, and Red Light Therapy, biocharger sessions, as there could be longer wait times, but it is not required.

    • What happens if I miss a scheduled appointment? Answer: Appointments can be canceled/ changed before or even after the appointment is missed. Feel free to give us a call to cancel/rebook. We do not charge cancellation fees nor deduct sessions from Monthly Memberships or Visit Passes for missed appointments. We simply remove you from our schedule.

    • Can I use my Visit Passes or Monthly Membership at any Cryo1one location? Answer: Yes. All Visit Passes and/or Month Memberships are usable at any/all Cryo1one locations.

    • What if I use all of my Monthly Membership sessions and want to come in to do additional sessions before my next month renews? Answer: Extra sessions can be purchased at $25 each for Monthly Membership holders. (Ex: If you have the 4 Sessions Monthly Membership and bill on January 1st, use all 4 sessions and then want to do a 5th session before the 1st of February, that 5th session will cost $25).

    • What can my Monthly Membership or Visit Passes be used for? Answer: Monthly Memberships and Visit Passes can be used for Wellness services: Whole Body Cryotherapy, Localized Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Dry Salt Therapy, and/or Red Light Therapy.

    • How often should I do services? Answer: Our knowledgeable staff can recommend frequency based on your needs and goals while visiting us. The optimal benefits for each service can be achieved by regular visits as benefits are cumulative. Whole Body Cryotherapy and Infrared sauna should be done at least 6 hours apart, but many customers opt to alternate days.

    • What medical conditions would keep me from doing any of the services? Answer: Customers should always consult with their own doctors about concerns of any medical conditions before trying any of our services. A list of contraindications is available in our waiver, including/but not limited to the following: You cannot do Whole Body Cryotherapy if you have any heart/vein/artery conditions, pacemaker, blood clots, Raynaud’s syndrome, tumor conditions, clinical excessive sweating, pregnancy, etc. You cannot do Infrared Sauna with any heart/vein/artery conditions, pacemaker, blood clots, heat sensitivity, dehydration, pregnancy, etc. You cannot do BioCharger NG with any electrical implants in/ on the body, metal plates or meshing in the head, photosensitivity, pregnant, or under the age of 12 etc. Contact for more info
